Consultations
Elizabeth Root, M.A., LMFT
Beth offers 60-minute individual and 90 min group consultations for therapists focusing on a combination of AIR Network Therapy, Therapeutic Mattering, Polyvagal Theory, regulation of the nervous system, and formation of identity and will. She is also trained in accelerated resolution therapy (ART).
Cost for 60-minute individual consultations: $75
Cost for 90-min group consultations: $50
Beginning January 2026, Beth's consultation group meets at the following times:
First Tuesday of each month from 5:00-6:00pm CST
First Friday of each month from 9:30-11:00am CST
